Joint Study Sessions were held on July 20, 2023, and July 25, 2023, to provide the City Council, Planning Commission, and public with an opportunity to provide feedback regarding the City’s Draft Revised Housing Element 2023-2031 Sites Inventory.
Candidate and Alternative rezoning sites were presented at the July 20 and 25 Study Sessions. Staff received input and feedback regarding the sites. However, additional time is needed for the City Council and Planning Commission to further consider the sites and review the overall list of potential rezone sites.
The Study Session was continued to July 31, 2023, to allow more discussion.
