Santa Barbara County Fire responded to a vehicle rollover fire on Highway 154 and Paradise Road. There was a single male occupant with critical burns who was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. A female bystander pulled the male from the vehicle, and she was also transported for smoke inhalation.
