Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to a Ford Ranger over the side in the creek on Highway 101 northbound just north of the Gaviota Tunnel at about 1:51 am this morning.
Firefighters had to use a rope system to rescue two occupants who sustained moderate injuries and were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
