San Marcos Pass is reopened as of 3 PM.
CHP Santa Barbara has posted that SR 154 is closed between SR 192 in Santa Barbara and SR 246 near Santa Ynez due to a rock slide and weather conditions. CHP suggests using US 101 as an alternate route if you must drive today. Otherwise, CHP is suggesting staying home and not driving today if at all possible. There is currently no ETA on when SR 154 will reopen.
