Los Carneros Road has been relocated due to difficulties encountered in constructing the new bike underpass that was desperately needed. Also taken into consideration was the lack of maneuvering room from Camino Pescadero to Los Carneros for those turning north from El Colegio. Aesthetic reasons were also considered as the new road will be landscaped to be between two groves of eucalyptus.
