Earlier today, Gamble Construction posted on their Instagram some photos of an “Avocado orchard demo… to get ready for a new housing development…”
From the photos, you can see this is at the corner of Calle Real and Patterson Avenue, with Patterson Self Storage in the background of one of the photos.
For those who were wondering where in the process the new housing was, it looks like it’s coming.
This project is just outside of Goleta city limits and located in the County of Santa Barbara.
